Galvanica Italia Srl. is an important company in the field of Galvanic treatments and surface finishes since 1979.

The company specializes in manufacturing Galvanic on aluminumand other metals, both for protective and decorative purposes. It operates in the most varied sectors: Technical-Electronics, Electromechanical, Biomedical, in the Communications sector, in the military, aeronautical, naval, railway and also for the private sector.

Over time, Galvanica Italia has wisely implemented a policy of production diversification which, combined with a strong corporate flexibility, have made it possible to offer its customers, made up of leading companies in their specific sector, the widest and most diversified range of processes necessary for a specific surface finishing. The plant is spread over a total area of over 2500 square meters. It has various production lines equipped with lifting bridge cranes, assisted by computers and specific instruments for constant quality control in the execution of treatments. It is equipped with an efficient painting system and a department for mechanical surface machining of polishing, satin finishing and sandblasting of metals. Inside there is a laboratory equipped both for the control of chemical processes and to guarantee the quality of the deposits in terms of thickness and technical and aesthetic characteristics.

Of primary importance is the attention paid to organization and the quality evidenced by the qualifications UNI EN ISO 9001: 15 EN 9100: 2018 and the LICENSE PURSUANT TO ART. 28 TULPS.

Galvanica Italy also offers special attention to reduction of environmental impact, with the construction of an electronically controlled purification plant and with equipment that allows the use of processing water with limited discharges, and low emissions into the atmosphere, regulated by an efficient extraction system with fume abatement, certified by UNI EN ISO 14001: 15.
